What Should I Do If My Order is Damaged Upon Arrival?Updated 2 months ago

At Happy Tummies, we do everything we can to pack your order carefully to ensure it arrives safely. However, due to the fragile nature of some of our items, minor breakages may occur in transit. We never ship items in damaged packaging or that are broken. 

Please note:

Inedible Products: If any item arrives in a condition that makes it inedible, we will gladly replace it for you, or refund. Please email photos within 24 hours of delivery to [email protected].

Cosmetic Damage: Items like biscuits and chocolate bars may occasionally break during delivery. While these products might not look perfect, they’re still safe to enjoy, and therefore we’re unable to provide replacements for cosmetic damage.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any concerns! Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your order while also minimising unnecessary waste.


Chocolate Shipping Policy 🍫

We always recommend choosing Chocolate Shipping for any order that includes chocolate. This option uses Express Post with an ice pack to help protect your goodies from heat during transit — even in cooler months, delivery vans can get surprisingly warm!

During hot weather, Chocolate Shipping becomes mandatory to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

If you choose Standard or Express Shipping instead of Chocolate Shipping, you are accepting the risk of melting. We still pack and send your order with care, but if your chocolate arrives melted, we’re unable to refund or replace it. The chocolate is still safe to enjoy — it just may not look quite as perfect.
