Orders can be cancelled to before they are processed. Please go to your order confirmation email and hit the blue button 'View your order'.

You have one hour from when your order is placed to cancel. After this time it's not possible - thanks for your understanding.

Please Note: Restocking Fee On Cancelled Orders

When an order is placed, our team immediately sets aside the products and prepares them for dispatch. This takes time, packaging materials, and staff resources. If the order is cancelled, those items need to be unpacked, returned to inventory, and quality checked before they can be sold again.

To cover the costs involved in this process, a small restocking fee applies to cancelled orders. This helps us keep our operations running smoothly and continue offering a wide range of specialty products for families managing food allergies and intolerances.
